My office recently updated our server. Shortly after, non of our Copiers worked. We were getting a "Remote Directory Lock Failed" and couple of error codes. We invited two companies to help resolve these issues but they couldn't help us. We were at the point of thinking of buying new copiers when one of our IT members suggested calling Kensington Office Machines. The techs were awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and did not immediately jumped into conclusion like the previous company did. The issues were resolved. Our Copiers works fine now. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and the results. Thank You.
